Have you heard??? Happy Hour is back! 🦪 Josie Kelly’s is proud to announce we have partnered with The Cape Shore Oyster Cooperative which produces oysters from two of the freshest local waters in the area. The oysters are grown on traditional oyster farms using different methods that create unique characteristics. These two local farms care for the size, taste and quality of their product, and come together to share resources and aquaculture knowledge. The cooperative continues the tradition from when southern New Jersey was the oyster producing capital of the United States!

Jersey Pearls- These oysters provide a delightful clean and decidedly salty finish that results from their pure sea water environment. Suspended in Ludlam Bay tidal waters for the entire growth cycle, they feed 24/7 during high and low tides. The farm can only be accessed by boat.

Betsy's Cape Shore Salts- Grown on the tidal flats of the Delaware Bay, these hearty oysters reflect their dynamic growing environment. A buttery smooth and tender taste inside a strong perfect-shaped shell belies the rugged surf, wind and tides found on the shores of the western Cape May peninsula.

Enjoy these local grown farm-to-table delicacies, while supporting farmers who carry on an age old tradition.

Available raw or baked on our regular menu or at HAPPY HOUR: Monday - Friday 4-6pm (at the bar only).
