About Allie Nunzi:

Allie is a Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator with over two decades of experience in mindfulness and global training. She has empowered tens of thousands by integrating personal and professional development, emphasizing the importance of understanding human behavior, communication, and business dynamics. Allie’s diverse background includes corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, non-profit management, and trauma-informed facilitation. She holds certifications from Lightyear Leadership and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

In 2012, Allie founded Grace & Glory Yoga, a celebrated yoga community where she has led numerous classes in yoga, meditation, and wisdom-based practices. Her Teacher-Leader Development Program has certified over 400 leaders who now excel in coaching, mentoring, and leading across various industries. Allie is also the co-founder of ALGN Consulting, a firm dedicated to providing data-driven solutions and innovative growth strategies rooted in neuroscience and emotional intelligence.
